Pancho's

Yesterday, for the third time, I visited this beautiful and authentic Mexican restaurant for lunch with my husband and my mother. From the elegant traditional attire of the hostesses to the stunning décor and the excellent, high-quality food, everything reflects a truly high standard. The space is spacious, warm, and inviting, the staff are polite and professional, and the food is absolutely delicious. What more could one ask for? I give this restaurant 5 stars without hesitation, and we will definitely be coming back again.

Our son and son to be bride had chosen this Mexican restaurant for their wedding rehearsal dinner on a bustling Friday night, and it did not disappoint! Despite the lively, packed atmosphere, the staff easily accommodated our party of 13 with warmth and efficiency. The food was served in a reasonable time for such a large group, and every dish was absolutely phenomenal, bursting with authentic flavors. The staff’s friendliness and attentiveness made the evening even more special. Whether for a date night or a craving for exceptional Mexican cuisine, we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend this vibrant spot.

Food was served hot, big portions, didn’t have any drinks. Big dining area. Waitress and staff were friendly and attentive. Salsa was decent and the chips weren’t served hot or weren’t as fresh as they could have been. Small wait and prices are fair.

Got to try Pancho’s in Downtown Summerlin and it did not disappoint! Ordered the taco plate with rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo — paired perfectly with their margaritas (highly recommend!). Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and authentically satisfying. The atmosphere is fun and vibrant, with colorful touches everywhere — even the baños are decorated in style! Can’t wait to come back and try more dishes. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love this place.I was introduced to it by friends.The happy hour is excellent.The drinks are delicious.Try the pomegranate margarita! excellent food and the grilled chicken is cooked perfection and season even better!

The food was great but I must say the atmosphere was better! I felt like I was in a Mexican villa. The only strange part was when I ordered my drink because it was happy hour, the waiter said that I had to go order the drinks separately in the bar. Otherwise they were regular price. (Also a separate bill) But I did and they were great! I will definitely go back.

Pancho's is a really cool restaurant with good food and drinks! We tried the scallops and shrimp ceviche. The cherry on top is the decor, vibe, and amazing customer service. Highly recommended!
